Cancellation Policy | SUV On Demand

At SUV On Demand, we prioritize providing top-tier service while remaining flexible to accommodate our clients’ needs. However, cancellations affect our scheduling and availability. Please review our cancellation policy to understand our terms.

Standard Bookings

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full fare with no refund.

Special Events & Holidays

  • For bookings on holidays or during major events, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup will be non-refundable.

Hourly & Long-Distance Reservations

  • Cancellations for hourly or long-distance bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total fare.

Flight Delays & Cancellations

  • If your flight is delayed, we will monitor your arrival and adjust accordingly.

  • If your flight is canceled, please notify us immediately to avoid charges.
