Cancellation Policy | SUV On Demand
At SUV On Demand, we prioritize providing top-tier service while remaining flexible to accommodate our clients’ needs. However, cancellations affect our scheduling and availability. Please review our cancellation policy to understand our terms.
Standard Bookings
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full fare with no refund.
Special Events & Holidays
For bookings on holidays or during major events, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup will be non-refundable.
Hourly & Long-Distance Reservations
Cancellations for hourly or long-distance bookings require at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total fare.
Flight Delays & Cancellations
If your flight is delayed, we will monitor your arrival and adjust accordingly.
If your flight is canceled, please notify us immediately to avoid charges.
