  1. Booking & Reservations:
    • You can book anytime you need, our services are available 24/7.
    • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
    • The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding pickup location, time, and drop-off details.
  2. Payments:
    • Full payment is required upon completion of our service unless otherwise agreed.
    • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
    • A service charge may be applied for additional requests or modifications to the booking.
  3. Driver’s Discretion:
    • The driver has the discretion to refuse service if the client is disruptive, intoxicated, or otherwise not adhering to company policies.
    • The driver reserves the right to adjust routes as necessary for safety, weather conditions, or traffic concerns.
  4. Damages & Liability:
    • The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by the actions or actions of their group.
    • The client will be charged for cleaning fees if any damage to the interior of the vehicle occurs (vomit, spills, etc.).
  5. Prohibited Behavior:
    • Smoking, illegal substances, and consumption of alcohol (unless otherwise permitted) are not allowed in the vehicle.
    • The client must adhere to all local and national laws during the ride.
  6. Late Returns:
    • Clients should inform us in advance if they anticipate being late. Late returns may incur an additional fee.
  7. Safety and Comfort:
    • Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Our company is not responsible for any injuries resulting from failure to comply with safety measures.
  8. Force Majeure:
    • SUV on Demand will not be liable for delays or failure to provide service due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, traffic accidents, or mechanical failure).
