As you can imagine, plans with teenagers can change in an instant and ours certainly did. What started as a simple schedule quickly turned into multiple last-minute changes. From adjusting picture times at Chateau Elon to shifting dinner plans and ultimately changing locations altogether, it was a lot to manage. Through it all, Gilberto remained patient, professional, and incredibly kind. Every time we updated him, he reassured us with a calm and genuine attitude, saying, “I’m here for you, please don’t worry about me. This is their day, I’m going to take care of you all.” His flexibility and positive spirit made a stressful situation so much easier for all of us parents.
