I would like to personally thank our driver, Gilberto, for providing truly exceptional customer service during our kids’ special prom day this past weekend! As you can imagine, plans with teenagers can change in an instant and ours certainly did. What started as a simple schedule quickly turned into multiple last-minute changes. From adjusting picture times at Chateau Elon to shifting dinner plans and ultimately changing locations altogether, it was a lot to manage. Through it all, Gilberto remained patient, professional, and incredibly kind.
